Villa Teto
Villa Teto is located in the western part of the winery. It had been sold many years ago but since April 2011, it again belongs to the Fattoria di Fubbiano.
Villa Teto is idyllically situated amid vineyards and olive groves. A large swimming pool (5 x 12 m) belongs to the villa. Villa Teto offers a magnificent view of the plain of Lucca and you can see as far as the Monte Pisani hills.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with fireplace and TV/DVD, a dining room and the spacious, open kitchen, equipped with all modern facilities such as oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A guest bathroom and laundry facilities are also located on the ground floor.
On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and a single bedroom.
Two more bedrooms and two bathrooms are situated on the second floor, connected with a sitting room with sofas, TV and stereo.
Villa Teto accommodates up to 10 guests.
Swimming Pool
Enjoy the swimming pool (12 x 5 m) with its own sun beds, deck chairs and garden umbrellas, reserved exclusively for the villa's guests.
It is perfectly situated in a sunny position just above the house between vineyards and olive groves..
