L' Orto is a spacious, three level apartment connected to the Western side of the main wine cellar. It looks out on a courtyard bounded by the former bakery, a vegetable garden and the Bailiff's house. Guests staying at L' Orto also have access to a swimming pool (8m in diameter), with sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas.

Ground floor: a hall and a small laundry with washing-machine.

First floor: a large kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven and dish-washer.

Second floor: one double and one twin-bedroom; a bathroom with a tub and a seperate shower; a large living room with fireplace and television overlooking the Luccan plain and Fubbiano's Western vineyards.

L' Orto is fully equipped with plates, glasses, silverware, crockery, pots and pans and table linen as well as towels and sheets which are changed every Friday for guests staying more than one week; swimming-pool towels are not supplied. A few hours of maid service are also included. An independent gas heating system can be switched on. L' Orto is connected to the Fattoria's main telephone switchboard by an extension and its own number is ++39.0583.978957.
