On the Eastern edge of the estate, close to the stream which acts as a property boundary, is Al Magrini, a farmhouse surrounded by vines and olive trees. In this quiet valley, guests can sit in a South-East facing garden, lunch outside among the rose bushes and enjoy exclusive use of the swimming pool (10 x 4 m) with its own sun beds, deck chairs and garden umbrellas. Al Magrini has entrances on both the ground and the first floors.

Ground floor: sitting room with television; dining room; kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher and washing-machine); a large pantry.

First floor: a large lobby which leads to two bathrooms (one with bath and the other with shower) and two twin-bedded and one double bedroom.

Al Magrini is fully equipped with plates, glasses, silverware, crockery, pots and pans and towels and sheets which are changed every Friday for guests staying more than one week; swimming-pool towels are not supplied.
