FIRST LOVE D.O.C.
The Sangiovese vine varietal gives to this wine its solid structure and its typical emanations of sour black cherry and wild berries; the Merlot vine varietal adds its silky texture, lightly supported with hints of mint and of small red berry fruits, and, finally, the Cabernet Sauvignon vine varietal contributes to the symbiosis of these three great vine varietals with its austerity, its lightly herbaceous bouquet and its elegance. A wine which can be defined complex and easy at the same time, with its modern style and its decisive Tuscan character. The First Love represents the results of the combination between a skilful experience in the art of wine producing, and the desire of innovation, through new expressions achieved matching unusual grape varietals, and through new wine-producing technologies. A tendency which at Fubbiano has always represented a constant inspiration, along the steps of the growing processes of the winery, as an expression of style, of great experience, of a strong desire of improvement.
